A parking ticket, a traffic ticket and her car towed – what an exasperating week for Brigitte! Brigitte decides that a little ‘shopping therapy’ is in order to work out the frustrations. Of course, Brigitte’s definition of shopping isn’t necessarily what you might expect. No snappy dresses or smart shoes for her. But new stone for the front drive – now you’re talkin’! Brigitte gets to work tearing up the old asphalt but is soon interrupted by two of her good friends. We know they’re good friends because they bring a work crew with heavy equipment (and they provide drinks!) There’s nothing like an excavator, a front-end loader and a drink with a flower in it to make work go a little faster. By the end of the week, Brigitte has a new stone drive, friends that have discovered the “Zen” of home renovations and a happy work crew enjoying the hot tub.
