Meet Brigitte Gall. Meet her husband, David, sort-of. Meet her new old house, built in 1907. As we get to know Brigitte, she gets acquainted with her new home and discovers it in desperate need of some TLC: Tools, Labour and Cash. As with any home purchase, security comes first. So the first order of business for Brigitte is to install a security system and change the door locks and, while she’s at it, get herself some lovely new doorknobs.
